As an operator I want to be able to access a new History page using the same permissions as those used for the main collected sales page

- Confirm that there is a new blank page, with a heading of Collected Sales - History
- Confirm that this page can is accessed from the main Collected Sales page
- Confirm that that the Collected Sales - History page, displays in MMS, accessed from the main Collected Sales page
- Confirm that that the MxC Collected Sales - History page is available in Help Articles
- Confirm that that the MMS Collected Sales - History page is available in Help Articles
- Confirm that there is a Back button that takes the user back the the Collected Sales page, for the date that was previously selected
