Note: In my validation of this issue, it appears to behave differently in different browsers:

• IE11 - The popover become detached:
  • 
• Chrome - The popover follows the record even when its no longer displayed!

Reproduction Steps

• Navigate to Item Activity
• Enter Item name - Creamer, Half N Half Cups (11121) - 360 Ct Case
• click View Item
• find adjustment and click on popover
• (if the item has a lot of transactions, you will see the issue better)
• Now scroll up the page if transaction displays near the bottom of page

Expected Results

• Popover should not detach

Actual Results

• Popover is detached during scrolling
