Date is blank in Waste and Food Donation date and time prompt when applying inventory adjustment.

Date is blank while timestamp is populated with system time. As soon as the date is selected, time gets set to 12:00 AM.

Both date and time should be pre-populated with the system current date and time, as below:

NOTE: This appears to be an IE11 specific issue, it is not seen in Chrome

Reproduction Steps

• CFA Testing
• Store 02693
• Create a new waste or Food Donation adjustment and click Finish

Expected Results

• Both time and date should default to system current date and timestamp

Actual Results

• Time is pre-populated with the current system time, date is blank
• 

It looks like this actually went out in R3, but let's plan to address it in R4/R1.
