Description

Change the Correct On Hand to use a specific set of staged data.
Currently this test leverages the order test, and looks through the items on order until it finds some percentage of items to correct on hand.

Proposal:
Stage data

Create a new vendor (Correct On Hand)
Identify 15 items
Create Vendor Items for these 15 items
Create Vendor Entity Items for:
- The 15 Vendor Items identified above
- The 300 stores identified in ~~CFAMX-6912~~
Ensure that 10 of the 15 items identified above are configured to be counted, with every count type
Ensure that 5 of the 15 items identified above are configured to NOT be counted

Update Load test

Update the Correct On Hand load test to:
- Use the new Correct On Hand Vendor
- Place an order fir this vendor
- Click on Correct On Hand for each of the items
- For those items that are countable, enter an on hand value
- For those items that not countable, close the modal
Then delete the order (no NOT submit it)

If the current csv files are using systemadmin as the user, update them to use the new user created under ~~CFAMX-6918~~
