2020R1(S3): Store Calendar-Investigate why two records with the same Longkey are inserted into tbTaskQueueMessage

Investigate why two messages are placed in tbTaskMessageQueue when the order is created from a Store Calendar schedule and not through the import.

To reproduce issue:

• Create an order schedule through the store calendar
• Run the Create Scheduled Orders Job
  Results: two records in tbTaskQueueMessage with the same LongKey - tbTransactionSalesOrder.iTransaction_Num (Draft Order)
