Item Activity - Samples - Inconsistent data between popover and CSV Details column

Samples can be recorded in one of two ways:

• Directly into InFORM, via Record Samples
• On the POS, and passed to InFORM

1. When a Sample is recorded in InFORM, there is no Reason Code displayed in the Popover.
   • 
2. Following this, the Reason: label is displayed in the CSV, but there is no reason associated to it.
   • 
3. As these transactions are specifically Samples, is there any way to inject Sample as the Reason, into both the popover and the CSV?
4. Another change required to this data, is the Inform, should be updated to be InFORM
