As an operator I want giveaways to always be included and the default range to be changed to last 7 days so that my data loads as expected

Per Sack conversation yesterday 10/23
- Always include giveaways (remove checkbox)
- Change the default date range to Last 7 Days, rather than last 14 days
- Change the order in which Daily Sales and Giveaways are displayed, the current order Giveaways first, results in the data being out of whack
- If possible, add something to let the user know that the system is thinking/loading when pulling back data with giveaways
- I am not sure that the toast message is sufficient, is it possible to do something like a light box/spinner......
