Cannot update list if id's with additional id

      Description

      Attempt to add an additional ID and selecting UPDATE is failing.

      3 id's are currently stored in the field for Filters Reports on End Of Month page - 1022,1053,1067

      When I attempt to add an additional or even modify the existing, the same 3 are again displayed and no update occurs.
