Load Test Change Fund Pages

As a developer I want the Change Fund Load tests to be strung together so that one test hits all of the pages

Proposal:
Stage data

• Update the scripts use to stage the Change Fund data to include the 300 stores identified in CFAMX-6912

Update Load test

• Currently there are a number of individual tests for the change fund pages, the purpose of this ticket is to roll them all into one that will be used going forward
  • Note: There may already be a test that does this, so this may be an update rather than a complete rewrite (ChangeFundFull?)
  • The tests cover:
    • OpenChangeFund
    • ChangeFundChangeOver
    • ClosingChangeFund
    • ChangeFundDeposited
    • ChangeFundReceived
  • The reason to consolidate this test, is that these pages are really loaded on a low frequency, and we don't need to perform individual tests on each page (5 tests * 300 stores = 1,500 test runs, whereas we can run 1 test * 300 stores = 300 test runs)
• If the current csv files are using systemadmin as the user, update them to use the new user created under CFAMX-6918
• I think that we should also remove the individual tests, so that they aren't seen as something that needs to be maintained going forward, let's just keep with one test for change fund
