      As an developer I want to be able to click on Apply Payments and have the Collected Sale and TBCs be applied so that I can progress

      • This story is to Apply Payment when a TBC is selected

      1. Confirm that after selecting a TBC that is equal to or less than the value of the collected sale, the transaction can be Applied
      2. Confirm that the data flow is documented, which will outline what happens when a payment is applied
