Item Activity - Receiving - Time zones out of sync?

When viewing the details for a Receiving, it looks like there is something going on related to time zones.

For example:
Store: 01580
Order: 2104975 (Oct 11, 2019 6:33 AM)

When viewing this in Item Activity, time displayed as 2:33 AM:

When viewing the Order details, it shows 6:33 AM:

The times are 4 hours apart, I wonder if this is time zone related?
The Item Activity should pull data back, and display it in the Store Local Time.
