When entering a Count on an iPad, and turning to Landscape mode, if more than three items are counted the user cannot see the details of the fourth item that is being counted.
A change was made under CFAMX-992 to show the last three rows counted, 2019R1.
When viewed in Landscape, the fourth row, the one for which you are entering data is not displayed, it's behind a bunch of white space.
In portrait the item can be seen, due to more vertical real estate, also, there is NOT the big block of white space above the keyboard
Keep in mind, that if you are testing this in a desktop browser, you won't see it as an issue, as the address bar is not displayed. In Safari, on the iPad, the address bar takes up 65 pixels, you need a Custom iPad view to account for the address bar, 1024 * 703.
