Sales Item Event - Create - UI Tweaks

As a product owner I want the changes discussed with Francois Steenkamp to be implemented in order to complete the Create portion of the Sales Item Events

1. Add New Event modal - Event Type
When a new Sales Item Event is displayed, it has the same label as the Manual (Percentage) events

Change Manual (Percentage) to be Sales Item (Percentage)

2. Disable to radio button control after selecting Day Part or Sales Item
After selecting Create Adjustments Manually - For Specific Item(s), the user selects either a Day Part or a Sales Item. Once one of these two attributes have been selected, the radio button control should be disabled, preventing the user from toggling between Manual Events and Sales Item Events

3. Day Part modal - resize (if possible to fit content)
The Day Part selection modal utilizes a standard size of modal, which results in white space below the data selection grid.
The height of the modal should change to better accommodate the grid and reduce the amount of white space

4. New configuration to specify color of Sales Item Events on calendar

• Events Calendar - Sales Item Event Color
• Sets the display color of a sales item event in the calendar

5. Reset the Save button, to be available, after deleting Sales Items

• Add name to a Sales Item Event
• Add a Day Part to a Sales Item Event
• Add a number of Sales Items to a new event
• Add an adjustment percentage to one or more of the sales items
  • The Save button is not enabled
• Delete those Sales Items that do not have an adjustment recorded
  • The Save button should now be enabled
