Sundays - do not allow selection in Date picker

User Story
As an Operator, I do not want Sundays displayed in the Customer Sales or Collected Sales page.

Details
Sunday should not display for the Customer Sales or Collected Sales pages.

Reproduction Steps:
1. In MxConnect, go to https://m.inform.jatesting.cfahome.com/#/Financial/CustomerSales and https://m.inform.jatesting.cfahome.com/#/Financial/CollectedSales .
2. Using the date selector, select any Sunday.

Current Results
MxConnect currently allows you to select a Sunday date for Customer and Collected Sales.

Expected Results
MxConnect should not allow the user to select a Sunday date

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm the Collected Sales page does not allow you to select any Sunday using the date picker.
2. Confirm the Customer Sales page does not allow you to select any Sunday using the date picker.
3. Confirm the Collected Sales page does allow you to select any other calendar day using the date picker.
4. Confirm the Customer Sales page does allow you to select any other calendar day using the date picker.
