CLONE 2019R4.1 - Suggested Count logic is auto populating Case amount for negative values

User Story
As an operating performing my Suggested Monthly Count, I want any on-hand value entered for an item with negative on-hand values used for the item.

Details
Currently, when entering a value for an inventory item with negative on-hand values in the Inner or Unit field, the Case value is auto-populating with the difference (which is a negative value).

Expected Result
Any value entered in any of the locations and unit of measure fields should overwrite the negative quantity.

Current Result
If a value is entered in the Inner or Unit fields for an inventory item with a negative on-hand value, the negative difference is being entered in the Case unit of measure field.

To Reproduce (In any environment)

1. Find a restaurant in a suggested order zone (or a restaurant using the Suggested Count Logic)
2. Generate a new Monthly Count
3. The negative items should display first on the count.
4. Find an item with a negative value and write down the item and the negative value.
5. Click in the Inner Unit of Measure field for the inventory item.
6. Enter a positive on hand value in the Inner Unit of Measure field.
7. Tab off the Inner Unit of Measure field
8. The inventory item should now be shifted down to the positive on hand items in the main window
9. Do a search for your item
10. Select your item
11. The Case cell should display a negative value (probably the difference between the original amount and the amount you entered).
