      Description

As a developer I want to spend some time researching and documenting a mechanism, such as an API gateway, that will allow us to throttle/manage the number of API calls made by third party applications.

      1. Consider throttling usage so an outside process can't perform an attack through a massive volume of transactions

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Confirm that there is some documentation produced that discusses option(s) to throttle the number of API calls that we receive, so as to prevent overload
