Order Guide - Cannot easily distinguish between Active and Inactive rules

Not necessarily a defect, as mush as a missed requirement/test case.

Order Guide
When viewing All Rules for an item, it is difficult to easily distinguish which rules are active and which are inactive.
The only way to determine which is which, is by looking at the icons under the Action column, which doesn't seem obvious.

Would it be possible to do something to Inactive rules to set them apart from Active rules?

• Display inactive rules in italics
• Display inactive rules in a different color
• Do both, italics and a different color?
