2019.R1(S2):OrderGuide: Able to log out from MxConnect while making Edits to rules

      Description

      I added, modified, updated a rule on the vendor rules page: https://m.inform.jatesting.cfahome.com/#/Administration/AssignVendorItems/AssignVendorItems/10162

      but was able to successfully log out without a warning that my changes will be lost.
