EOM - Auto Notifications have stopped working

After setting up the endpoints to fail or after mark month end fails, we should get an auto notification that the POST to CFA failed. I saw the auto notifications up until Monday night at approximately 9:45pm.

The failure I saw was  the Mark Month End Failure-

As of now I am not seeing any failure auto-notifications.
