Adjust Header Level Allocation End Date

User Story
As an Above Store User who deletes a store's allocation, I would like the header record updated with the correct End Date.

Details
Currently when an allocation is deleted at the store level, the header record still displays the original end date for the allocation.

Example:
Weekly Allocation
Start Date = November 1st 2019
End Date = January 1st 2020

Delete the allocation on December 1st for the store. The store level delete will delete all detail records from December 1st through January 1st 2020.
If you view the allocation for November 30th, 2019, it will still show an allocation end date of January 1st 2020.

Acceptance Criteria
Confirm when an allocation is deleted at the store level, the end date of the allocation is the day the allocation was deleted on.
Confirm all other active allocations end dates remain the same without any changes.
