LoadTesting - Dispatch 85% Failing

LoadTesting - Dispatch 75% Failing When Running on Flood. 

I have tested this and even on my local it does not seem to work. It is timing out when loading Items.

Once we have the fix ready it would be great if we can run in Flood to prove it works.

On local most of the time it seems working: 

Bu sometimes it gets stuck on screen. I think under the load this error may be happening more.

Another error i have seen is after the print statement (Creating dispatch including only cash drop...)
