ASN Auto Receive Not working - Blank Order Number in ASN

When importing an ASN with a blank order number, and the Estimated Delivery Time is in the past, I expected the Order to Auto Receive, and I am sure that it did last week when I looked at it.

However, when I tried today, the orders where not getting Auto Received, when the estimated time is in the past.

The message in the comment fields for each of these records is:
The incoming tabular data stream (TDS) remote procedure call (RPC) protocol stream is incorrect. Parameter 3 ("@Qty"): The supplied value is not a valid instance of data type float. Check the source data for invalid values. An example of an invalid value is data of numeric type with scale greater than precision.
