GetByStoreNumber API Needs to be Refactored

GetByStoreNumber in the EntityController does not return right message when passing an invalid store number. It is returning an object null exception. It would be nice if we can return kind of "store number is not valid." user friendly message. 

Also this api can not be called from swagger ui we need to inherit the controller from RESTController that way it will popup the authentication dialog.
