Sales Item Event - Update Sales Item selector to filter by brand

As a store manager of a non Dwarf House restaurant I do not want to see DH items in the Sales Item selector, making it easier for me to enter adjustments

Notes

• There are different types of restaurants in the CFA chain and Dwarf House (DH) restaurants are a subset (less than 20) that offer a more traditional table service experience
• DH restaurants have an extended menu, beyond that of other types of restaurants
• Within some of the inventory modules we have filtered out DH items, for sales items the method will need to be different
• DH Sales Items will be identified as those Sales Items that have the Brand set to Dwarf House

• Users at DH restaurants should see ALL Sales Items (DH, CFA, Not Set)
  • 
• Users at non-DH restaurants should not see DH Sales items, only those that are CFA or Not Set
• If the Sales Item selector is a common control, this change can be applied across the board
• 70049 - Truett's Grill is the only DH restaurant in JAT
• Restaurants can be identified as a Dwarf House in Entity Manager

• Currently the Sales Item selector displays Sales Items of all Brands, for all restaurants
  • 

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm that users logged in to DH restaurants see Sales Items of ALL brands
   • Not Set
   • CFA
   • Dwarf House
2. Confirm that users logged in to non DH Restaurants do not see Sales Items that are DH brand, they should only see those that are:
   • Not Set
   • CFA
