Blank Order # in ASN - Order Export not firing when order is Auto Received

When auto receiving an order that is created from an ASN with a delivery date/time that is in the past, the Suggested Order Export is not fired.
However, when auto receiving an order that was created, and then had an ASN processed against it, the Suggested Order export is fired.

The Event that fires the export is, SupplyOrderReceivedChangeApplyDateCorrectReceive, I am guessing that something isn't getting set properly when raising this event.

SM Config:

When an order is received, whether manually, or as an Auto Receive, the Suggested Order export should fire.

Verify that the Order Number is included in the export, per CFAMX-7519
