- This may just be a change to the Transfer Decline auto notification to always include the deny data, or it may need to be a new auto notification

- List of items that were declined, with these details:
- Description
- Code
- Transfer Unit
- Requested Qty
- Transferred Qty
- Explanation for Denied Transfer: Notes entered by user at the time of denying
