As an operator I want to be able to view partially received/declined transfers on the Transfer History page
Notes
- Provide an indication that the transfer was partially received/denied
- Two transfers will be displayed, see
CFAMX-7564- One as Partially Received
- One as Denied
- Display an icon (fa-link) next to the Status when a transfer is linked to another

Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm that partially received/denied transfers are displayed on the Transfer History browse page
- Confirm that there is some indication that the transfer was partial, rather than complete, display the fa-link icon next to the Status
- Confirm when viewing the details of a Received Transfer the details displayed accurately reflect the product that was received
- Confirm when viewing the details of a Denied Transfer the details displayed accurately reflect the product that was decline/denied
- Confirm when a whole transfer is denied, and comments are entered, those comments are displayed on the details page
- Confirm when a transfer is partially received, and comments are entered, which are stored at the line item level, those comments are displayed in the Reason Code column
