      Scenario - Create a couple of counts for 70049 in JAT
      Selected Count Start = Spot Count 11/13/2019
      And Count End = 12/3/2019
      Click Generate button w/ PDF defaulted
      Browser opens

      Defect - Report is blank

      Expected - report should not be blank and should have some data for Filets (1)
