Description

In the build process there are some tools are used like batch extract ( this is used for localisation sql file generation )

and these built in tools do not have source codes available in our repos. They must be in the MX Trunk. I would suggest that we bring those source codes into our butbucket repos as well. Just in case if we need to make any modifications.
