3rd Party ACH - 3rd Party ACH Save Button Not Greyed Out

Environment: Test (CFA Test)
Build: CFA - 20.1.6.2841
Browser: Chrome
Description: 3rd Party ACH Save Button should be greyed Out if Requirements Have Not been Met
User: tristan.strong1/password
Role: Admin

Steps:
1. Login to MxConnect as User
2. Naviagate to Cash Management > Daily Deposit
3. Click the + sign next to the Third Party ACH
4. Click the Add button

Expected Result:
User should have no cap on the dollar amount value entered but field should be highlighted in Red once $999,999.99 has been surpassed
Save Button should be Greyed Out if the Third Party ACH Detail field or Third Party ACH

Actual Result:
Field defaults to $999,999.99 when user enters any amount higher
Button isn't Greyed Out
