Note to self : this file is now formatted as pipe delimited with date formats as follows - 2020/02/29.
Issue: When loading the file the data is as follows for 00440 in testing.
00440|100329|10|4|2020/01/15|2020/02/29 - NO
00440|101016|20|4|2020/01/15|2020/02/29 - YES
00440|101091|15|4|2020/01/15|2020/02/29 - YES
00440|100328|5|4|2020/01/15|2020/02/29 - NO
Allocations were created for 00440. There are two items above that can actually be order when using the distributor MBM (noted by YES). The other items marked with NO can't be ordered when using MBM. Nor are they marked as INACTIVE on the Item Maintenance page. What I do see is that the item is one that is assigned to FOOD AUTHORITY OF MASSACHUSETTS. Considering Colony Square is in Atlanta, why would I create an Allocation for an item distributed from Mass.? Shouldn't allocations be based on the stores Distributors that are active or is the assumption that the item being passed on will be an item that the store is able to order from one of there active distributors?
