Past Delivery Date order modal appears partially displayed in IE 11

      Description

      Defect is in IE 11 only not Chrome. The issue is the display of the modal when using IE.
      Using store 00440 in testing, click PLACE
      Click the VIEW button on the last order in the list with a Delivery Date of 01/10

      The screen shot attached is an image of the correct way it displays in Chrome vs the incorrect way in IE 11 (in some cases)
