As a product manger I want the Collected Sales History UI to be cleaned up so that it looks as pretty as the rest of MxC 
Notes
- Not too sure what we need to do here, as this page continues to take shape
Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm that all columns have headings
- Confirm that column headers are not sortable (it doesn't make sense to sort data that is grouped, and displayed in those groups)
- Confirm that the grid is centered on the page
- Confirm that the data displayed is accurate
- added 1/29 - Confirm that when a day is finalized a message is displayed informing the user that the day is finalized and no actions can be taken
- added 1/29 - Confirm that the details of the Collected Sale are displayed above the history grid, details to include:
- Date
- Customer
- Total Amount
- Remaining Balance
