POST Inventory Waste API - QTY and Cost does not match UI when same item is Wasted

This scenario is pretty straight forward. I noticed this several times on several items only to finally determine something needs to be clarified.

Scenario - Using the Record Waste option of the Inventory Adjustment mobile app, add 1 Waste Adjustment for 7 Tray Lid

Notice the Cost that inserts into the UI - $3.51

Considering the Recipe has a cost is 0.0702 and you multiply this by 50 Ct Case
50*.0702 = $3.51

DEFECT - When injecting the same item with the API the QTY and the COST display incorrectly when 1 OUTER is injected with the API.
