MMS - Vendor Management discrepancy in Edit and Update mode

Scenario - Store 00440 Vendor Management page --https://informtesting.cfahome.com/MMS_HO_Distributors.aspx?MenuCustomItemID=185

Click Corporate tab>>Admin >Vendors

Then when on the page Click Management>>Select Per Store>>Select 0440 from the store drop down

Click the Edit Link for MBM  (on the right side of the page) - notice the value for Auto Receive Delay Hours changes the displayed value of 24.00 to the now editable value of 18.00.

Defect - The values should not change from 24 to 18

I have checked other stores and still see this issue.

This one is odd, and we don't really use this page to maintain Auto Receive Delay hours:

The value that is selected on edit is 18,k rather than 24, most odd.
