2020.R2(S2): Collected Sales - Java Script Rounding malfunction: Cannot Exceed Payment error

Sometimes, when a collected sale gets fully applied to the invoices for the pre-populated customer, there is a Cannot Exceed Payment error

Michael found this issue during one of the many demos around this page and it has to do with the Rounding of the calculations. In fixing this most likely Java Script issue, Michael will review all the calculations to make sure it's not happening any where else in this module.
