As an operator I want the Delete button to be Red in the Delete Paid Out modal so that it is consistent with other modals in the system that initiate deletes

- This was noticed during the demo with CFA
- Relates to
CFAMX-7938
Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm when deleting a Paid Out there is a red Delete button
- Confirm that the message in the modal is changed to reflect that the button is now labelled Delete.
- Use something along the lines of:
- (Not associated to a cashier) If you would like to undo this Paid Out, please click on delete.
- (Associated to a cashier) This Paid Out has been associated to Cashier First, Last (Shift #), deleting this Paid Out will result in this Cashiers Shift being Released and Reauthorized. Please click on Delete to continue.
