As a developer Michael DeBinder noticed during the review with CFA that the page refresh took him back to the current date, not the business date that he was interacting with

- Will cannot recall exactly what this circumstance was, and would like to ask Michael to detail it!
Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm when interacting with transactions on a previous date, when the pages refresh, the user remains on that date, and not on the latest available date
- Michael DeBinder to provide some more details
Example:
- Store is a week behind in completing the business day (1/30)
- Store goes in to today and is working on a Collected Sale for today (2/6)
- When store clicks on Apply, they go back to the current workflow day (1/30), not the day that they were working on (2/6) (this is the problem behavior)
- When store clicks on Apply, they go back to the day that they were working on (2/6), not the current workflow day (1/30) (Desired behavior)
