Maintain Vendor Item Assignments: Show DC Assignment for Entity Rules

In Maintain Vendor Item Assignments, users would like to see the DC associated with restaurant on entity rules. They often make rule changes based on DCs, and it's hard to know which entity rules should be updated because they don't know which DC is assigned. Ideally, this would be another column on the page if we can make space for it. If the restaurant is assigned two DCs, both would need to show.

• Show Restaurant rules that are associated to the restaurants linked to that DC
• Can we also show Operator Team Rules that have stores linked that DC?
• How far can we expand the rules that we can search/pull back
