Key Item - Add config, icon and filter on Order screen

As an operator I want to be able to view a key item filter when creating an order so that I can filter the items in my order to only show those marked as key items

• Add a new configuration, so that the feature can be piloted
• Add a new filter to the Create Order screen for Key Items (only displayed when the config is true and there are key items in the order)
• Pull the Key Item flag into the order object when creating an order

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm that there is a new configuration option
   • Configuration Manager > Mobile > Ordering > Create Order - Check for Key Items
   • text: When set to true, and the user is creating an order, the system will check for key items in the order, and prompt the user if key items are found and the ordered quantity is zero.
   • By default this setting should be false/off/not checked
2. Confirm when the configuration is set to true, and there are key items in the order, there is a key icon (fa-key) displayed after the item code (and a couple of  )
3. Confirm when the configuration is set to true, and there are key items in the order, there is a new Key Items Filter option
4. Confirm that the items displayed in the order are filtered to only show those that are flagged as key items when the key items filter is selected
5. Confirm when the configuration is set to false, and there are key items in the order, the key icon and the Key Items filter are NOT displayed
6. Confirm when the configuration is set to true, and there are no key items in the order, the key icon and the Key Items filter are NOT displayed
7. Confirm that the filter works in Create mode
8. Confirm that the filter works when viewing a previously saved Draft order
9. Confirm that the filter works when viewing an order that has been Placed, from the Create Order page
10. Confirm that the filter works when viewing an order that has been Shipped, from the Create Order page
