Key Item - Check for Key Item when placing order

As an operator I want to be prompted to review key items when there are key items in my order that have a zero order quantity so that I don't miss ordering them

Notes

• After clicking on Place Order, check for Key Items that are on the order and quantity is zero
• Its probably necessary to rebuild the Pace Order modal to support swim lanes to show different messages

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm the message for the key items is:
   • There are item(s) which have not been ordered. Would you like to review key items before placing this order?
   • Confirm that this message is in red
2. Confirm that the message is displayed when the config (CFAMX-8305) is set to true, and there is at least one key item that has an order quantity of zero
3. Confirm that the message is NOT displayed when the config is set to false, and there is a key item that has an order quantity of zero
4. Confirm that the message is NOT displayed when the config is set to true, and there are no key items in the order
5. Confirm that the message is NOT displayed when the config is set to true, and all key items in the order have a quantity greater than zero
6. Confirm that clicking on Review Key Items takes the user back to the Order Details page, with the Key Items filter selected
7. Confirm that there is a message displayed in the grid header:
   • All items that are marked as key items are included in this filter view.
8. Confirm when there are Suggested Items that have a negative on hand, and key items that have an order quantity of zero, both messages are displayed in the modal
9. Confirm when there are Suggested Items that have a negative on hand, and NO key items that have an order quantity of zero, only the negative on-hand message is displayed in the modal
10. Confirm when there are NO Suggested Items that have a negative on hand, and there are key items that have an order quantity of zero, only the key items message is displayed in the modal
11. Confirm that after reviewing key items, and updating the order quantity of each item to be greater than zero, the message is not shown when the user goes to place the order
12. Confirm that the order can still be received via this modal when the Review Key Items message is displayed, i.e. there are key items that have an order quantity of zero
