Place Order Modal Update Details

Updated Modal Wireframe:

Negative On-Hand Values warning language.

• There are items where the On-Hand value is less than zero. These on-hand values should be updated in order for Suggested Ordering to function correctly.

Key Items warning language.

• There are Key Items that have not been ordered. To review these key items please click the button below.

Phone and Fax Order Checkbox language.

• Check this box if you have submitted this order over the phone or via fax and you do not want the order submitted to the supplier via InFORM. Choosing to Place Order with this option selected will update your inventory immediately. If these items have been ordered but have not yet been delivered, it is recommended that you select Save Draft Order and wait to place the order once until items have been physically received.

Place Order Finalization warning language.

• Choosing Place Order will lock the order and you will no longer be able to edit any details.

• Modal interactions are separated into swim lanes defined by a thin grey line
• Modal swim lane order - Top Down:
  • Review Negative On-Hand Values (when applicable)
  • Review Key Items (when applicable)
  • Phone and Fax order checkbox. (always)
  • Place order edit lock warning (always)

• Action button updates:
  • Place Order button
  • Save Draft Order button
    • Selecting Save Draft Order button saves the order as a draft and closes the modal.

• The language of the alerts and the bolding and color of the text match the wireframe and details in this ticket.
