EOM Report Set - Unable to open after download

Scenario -  Store 00663/ Testing  OR Store 01919/Staging 

Open EOM from MXC and  check all reports in the EOM Reports section. Click the Download Reports button. Reports are sent to the Download Center. Navigate to the Download Center.  Wait for the collated report set to completely be queued and the row shows a Status of 'Ready'. Click the Download button.

Defect - user redirected to a new page with the following error.
