CLONE 2020R1 - Create Order - Safety Stock Tool Tip is not displayed

      Description

      Scenario - Log in to MXC and navigate to create an order for 00440 in testing.  Filter on filet.

      Click the first several items. All three are Suggested. using item  "Marinade, Citrus Brkfst Filet (100661) for this example, click the row. Then expand the Suggested Details pane. 

      View the Safety Stock value of 3.46.

      Defect - informational icon is not displayed as expected. This icon will display the data that is set up from the Item Maintenance page. In this case.

      "Safety Stack Based on

      Inventory Units  = 0.5

      AutoCalc = Y"
