ASN Import - Create Order - Change filter to All Items

As an operator viewing an order that was creating by an imported ASN I want the filter on the Order Details screen to default to All Items so that I actually see some items

Notes

• Currently when viewing a Shipped Order from the Create Order screen, the item filter defaults to Items In Order
• This is correct for orders created using the normal paths
• However, when the order is created from an ASN, there were no items ordered, so this filter selection results in no records being displayed

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm when viewing an order that was created from an ASN, from the Create Order page, that the item filter defaults to All Items
2. Confirm when viewing an order that was created manually, from the Create Order page, that the item filter defaults to Items In Order (current behavior)
