      Description

      As an admin viewing the Audit Log I want to see audit records for both parts of a partially received/declined transfer

      • Please figure out where these need to go, and what they should contain

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Confirm when a transfer is partially received an audit record is written for the transaction that is received
      2. Confirm when a transfer is partially received an audit record is written for the transaction that is denied
      3. New 2/18 Confirm when a transfer is received completely an audit record is written for the transaction that is received
      4. New 2/18 Confirm when a transfer is declined completely an audit record is written for the transaction that is declined
