As a user, I would like for tasks that are set up with dependencies to alert the user.
The current functionality in MMS makes this check when you click on a Task and does not allow you to navigate to the task page, but provides an error message instead.
The current setup (Prod) appears to have these dependencies:
- Changeover Change Fund - must complete Opening Change Fund
- Closing Change Fund - must complete Opening Change Fund, Change Fund Received, Change Fund Deposited, Changeover Change Fund
- Deposits - must complete Cashier Settlement, Paid In/Out, Closing Change Fund, Collected Sales, TBC/Outside Sales (newer version actually appears to have removed these dependencies)
- Receive Transfers - must complete Deposits
- Finalize Day - must complete Deposits and Dispatch

Dev Note: Do we really want to worry about this through workflow? Would it be better to just ensure that each page is checking its own pre-requisites like Change Fund pages?
