2020.R2(S3):HD Scripts - Populated Required Fields do no enable Review Button

I navigated to the "Set Store Level Suggested Item Flag" Help Desk Script and filled in all the required fields and the Review button was still disabled.

Store: Any

Steps
1. Navigate to URL
2. Select the Set Store Level Suggeste Item Flag Script
3. Select the Zone radio button
4. Select Zone Type = Country name
5. Zone = United States
6. Item = 1241 Potato, Waffle Fries
7. Value = True
Ticket # and Reason = 12 for each field

Results; The review button is not active

Expected Results:
The Review button should be active if the user filled out all the fields
