As a user, I want the link to the Workflow Rollback link to fully roll back the selected workflow.
- Need to revisit Dependencies to ensure that they will validate on these Rolled-back tasks.

On Workflow Rollback (from top-level menu) or the Task Override action, ask the user for a Reason in a modal window.
This Reason is required and should be written into the Audit Message for the action.
Afterwards, the task list should be refreshed.
