As a user, I want clicking on an Action to properly "Start" the task:
- It is already setting the status, but see if it needs to update the Parent
- Dev Note: confirmed that MMS does not currently update the Parent to "Pending", so nothing needed here. MMS does update this parent back to "Incomplete" if it was completed and then a task is rolled back, but since we are not showing this any more that seems unnecessary.
- Do we want a different color for "Not Started" \ "Incomplete" vs. "Pending) (like in MMS)

- Do we need to be showing the Parent Task at all like in MMS?
- Dev Note: this does not seem to be a necessity.
- Ensure that if Status is "Incomplete" (like after Rollback) updates to "Pending" again.
